it's saturday, early afternoon.
yesterday, i worked all day, went to the feminist women's health center stand up for choice benefit where i volunteered as a bar tender (and opened more bottles of wine then i ever have in my life - and all of you who know me well, know i don't drink wine, and that i prefer the rabbit ears version of the wine bottle opener - however, i opened about 20 bottles of wine and did not fuck up a single one, even with the more traditional flat opener), then bob and i went to see assault on precinct 13 (which was fine....nothing exceptional), then we changed wendy's kitty litter, tried to go to billy goat's cantina in oakhurst, but they had closed the kitchen early so we settled for mojo pizza.
this morning we got up and went to the corner bakery in buckhead (absolutely delicious) with wendy and bob's dad and his wife...i'd never met them before. totally not what i'd expected. apparently they are very religious, but it did not come out in our time with them. now, i'm home and need to do a LOT before 4:15 when i leave the house to go meet jess and hope at t'mac and then head to athens for sugarland!!!! i WILL get this book done. this is my last internet break until i'm done reading the next 120 pages and taking extensive notes.

p.s. my new favorite song/video is kenny chesney "anything but mine"...not sure why i'm in love with it, but i am.
