where have all the cowboys gone...

i saw a kelly willis video just an hour or so ago (remember, i watch country music videos when i study b/c those stations actually PLAY music, and there are no annoying veejays to listen to most of the time) and kelly willis came on. she's a bluegrassy..i know her b/c my father introduced me to her music 5 or 6 years ago...and i liked her...but haven't heard of her since. the point - her song's title, and chorus, said something about "don't cowboy me." what's that mean?
i'm asking kind-of like my dad calling from san fransisco on thursday and asking me what (by route of southern venacular) a "throw-down" is....quite entertaining.
the dogs did NOT want to come in from playing in the snow this morning...shadow was so wet she looked like she'd stepped out of the bathtub...but now they are all sleeping in various areas around me.
i finished setting up all my data for the king & spalding consulting project...now i just need to go into the office tomorrow and make an SPSS data set and import the data and run analyses. however, i have a freaking MIDTERM tuesday and that is next on my list of studying. fabulous. aren't i having an exciting day. and worse, i needed to go to the grocery today and there's not much in the house. maybe i'll take a jaunt to the farmer's market to see if they're open today. yummy.
and what should i cook for dinner? i'm thinking some sort of stew thing..warming and such.
