i'm back.

back in atlanta. back connected. back to studying for this horrible final tomorrow. i am back.

and, and, i have the puppies. yes, it was mis-reported that they are rotties, however, they are AKITAS!!! and freaking HUGE for being just barely 2 weeks old. but oh so cute. you should see them drink out of a bottle...i feel the seeds of motherly instinct sprouting...and i think i could raise little animals for the rest of my life....screw children.

so we are now up to six dogs, 2 cats, and 4 fish tanks. and once these puppies are shaking and grooving in about 2 weeks, our house will be quite interesting...for now, though, they live in their little kennel and sleep and make cute, cute little guttural throat sounds.

we spent the weekend up in blairsville at a nice, little mountain cabin where we made ourselves do pretty much a whole lot of nothing and a whole bunch of relaxing. we did go to vogel state park and walk around (i saw a bass in the water!! i was DETERMINED to see a freaking fish and i did)....we also saw a fox run across the road and then we saw a large group (covey, maybe?) of wild turkeys out behind our cabin. i went back out into the country, and the country came back out in me...you should have heard some of the southern things i said....it's quite frightening.

my current decision to make is what to eat for dinner. i think i'm going to publix in a minute to get stuff so that way i don't have to go out again later. hmmm....what to cook...it's just me b/c bob is closing tonight...i dunno. i hate it when i can't make decisions...
