time for the binge...

*blog title today refers to my description of blogging --- i binge (post routinely for a few days) and then purge (disappear for a few weeks)*

3 things:

1) i *heart* cassi and all the fun rowing peeps i met yesterday....harry potter was AWESOME. you must, must go see it. at IMAX is even better. we had post-movie debrief and munchies and beverages at taco mac (where shelly knew every "ole timey" country star on the infomercial be-decking 1/3 of the TVs and where ree is me entertained just by opening her mouth).

2) i submitted a picture of my dear friend pony, who's moved to gay paris for the next year or so, to this guy, will robertson, who takes pictures and animates them. go see pony's pic HERE. go see the rest of his site HERE

3) i am working the rest of today. i came home from my org change alliance mtg to put ohio state/michigan on the TV and they AREN'T PLAYING IT. stupid southerners. who CARES about VA/VA Tech when this game is on???? and i don't have the luxury of going to t'mac to imbibe alcohol and watch the game because i have to get a LOT of work done before 6 p.m. *sigh*

4) i'll update the puppy blog with final pics of the puppies once i replace the digital camera usb cord that said puppies chewed up (though it's still the ONLY casualty even after having 3 puppies in my house for 5 weeks!).

5) here's a shout out to all the friends i get to spend time with -- these days, the people i actually spend time with are many and varied...but somehow hanging out with the choice celebration gals thursday, and my co-workers on friday at lunch, and a bunch of people i don't know last night was just what i wanted.

6) p.s. i still love faith hill as a brunette.

7) this was many more than the original 3 points noted at the beginning of this post...but while we binge, we binge!
