i am loved

buster brown loves me. i'm so glad barb let me take him while they're gone...this is one little papillon of loving goodness!!!!! apparently he cried for the entire 45 minutes i was gone when i took my dad and melissa back to their hotel just now..baka said that he just wouldn't stop whining and looking out the window for me....24 hours and he's ATTACHED.

christmas dinner and presents are tomorrow...poor bob...his day off and he gets to play head chef...though i am captaining the vegetarian entree (polenta lasagna!). and finally, FINALLY...i'm about to get to my 2 weeks of LITTLE TO NOTHING TO DO!! yeah yeah yeah yeah! work and nini camps on monday and then probably work on tuesday and then nothing much more til xmas eve. WOO HOO. who wants to have a game night with me?

i also am calling all people who know chicago...because i signed up for the WEEK-LONG GAY games there next summer and then i found out that even more fun people are going that aren't even swim team folks (yeah for the rowing contingent!)...i'm stoked...i am going to put a hurtin' on some international lesbian ladies in the breaststroke and freestyle races. yes ma'am. and if any af you are native chicagoans....start letting me know of places that you think we should visit b/c it's going to be a big fat party of awesome people from atlanta hanging out for a week (and i even think bob is going to join the motley crew of us for at least part of the time). :)

ok. bob should be home in a few minutes and i'm going out to have a long-awaited beer and just some face time with him....the only decision now is graveyard tavern or the e.a.r.l?
