i am tired of excel and spss and this consulting project for d****e....it's been too many days of working all day and then coming home and working on this at night. however, it's due to the client next wednesday so then it will be over...until july.

i'm really glad i've been able to see so much of the olympics this time around..i've never had such a comprehensive viewing of the games...and i must admit, curling isn't so bad....it's MUCH better than watching golf or even tennis...i gotta say.

at work, in the bathrooms of our building, they put these stickers on one of the two toilet paper rolls in each stall...it's on the end of the paper..the seam..and it says "please refrain from breaking this seal until the other roll is depleted"...such a good idea to conserve toilet tissue...b/c the janitorial staff has to replace any roll of paper that is low each time they clean the bathrooms - if there are 2 low rolls, they both get tossed...this way, one whole role is depleted before the other is opened....go centergy building for being green.

roo and bb will be here sunday...i get to go to chattanooga and pick them up. i'm beyond excited about this...

it's about to be 5K season again...gotta get ready for the peachtree...and then on to the gay games...my first meet of the year is in 2 weeks..will i be ready...probably not...but i did find out i hold the current state record in the 100 meter breast stroke...which i set at IGLA last summer and never knew about until just now....can i better it? we'll see.

detox is over sunday at midnight...today i almost just caved and went and got a coke. but i didn't...who knows why...maybe that feeling that i can't be a quitter...and that i can't cheat either...even though no one has a vested interest in this...and no one cares if i complete it or not...but somehow, i can't give up (even though i'm mentally ready to do so...physically...i feel great as a result of this...but not great enough to want to continue doing it). my new favorite detox legal food - brown rich tuna & avocado sushi from whole foods...i've spent a chunk of change on it in the last few days.

oh, oh...i almost forgot - we booked my first vegas vacation ever today...4 days, 3 nights....free accomodations at some casino on the strip right across from the bellagio....$400 in slot credits....tickets to a comedy club show...all for free...we just gotta pay our way there and feed ourselves. yee-haw....

back to stepwise regressions and then flat iron friday.
