i do like the name of the company that i'm doing bootcamp with -- it has a connotation of healthy intelligence as well as one of get your ass in gear and be ready to cry, passout, puke or whatever else boot camp may throw at you. :)

as frightening as it is that i have risen at 5:25 for the last 4 days in a row (and today even woke 15 minutes before my alarm went off all by myself), i do really enjoy bootcamp. i don't enjoy the fact that i am unable to ambulate and all my co-workers have given me nicknames along the lines of "granny." and today - on top of the workout this morning...cassi and i ran about 23 minutes tonight....which means that my 30 minute run on sunday shouldn't be nearly as hard as i thought it might be - especially since i have tomorrow off!!!
